No purchase necessary to enter. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter or win.

You may enter this sweepstakes via the Internet by following the Official On-Line Entry Form instructions on the CMT web page (http://www.country.com). You may also enter by completing an Official Entry Form, obtained at any one of the five CMT trucks found at various CMT sponsored events throughout the United States during the sweepstakes period and depositing the completed Official Entry Form in the designated box. An alternate, no cost method of entry is available by mailing a postcard no larger than 5"X7" with your name, complete address and telephone number with area code and age to:

All entries must be deposited, postmarked or submitted on-line no earlier than May 24, 1999 and be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET), June 16, 1999. You may enter as often as you like by mail; however, each mail-in entry must be individually completed and mailed separately. No facsimile or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. On-line entry is limited to one on-line entry per person per day. No responsibility is assumed by sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage due entries. In addition, sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the on-line portion of the promotion if for any of the foregoing causes, the administration, security or proper implementation of the sweepstakes is corrupted, disrupted or compromised. All entries become the property of sponsor and shall not be returned.

Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about June 18, 1999 and will also receive confirmation by mail. First Prize winners will be notified by mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes to be awarded are as follows:

One Grand Prize:
One 5 day/4 night trip for two to Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for two, four nights' double occupancy hotel accommodations for two, one rental car in Lake Tahoe, two tickets to see "Vince Gill Live" at Caesar's Tahoe on July 3, 1999 and the opportunity to have a backstage BBQ with Vince Gill. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive $1,000.00 spending money and the key to a 1999 ProCraft 17 Bass. The 17 foot boat will not be available until approximately four months after the drawing date of the sweepstakes and includes the following: 115 H.P. Mercury outboard motor, outboard motor support, anti-feedback steering, quicksilver flush mount throttle and shift control, dual aerated livewells with drain control, and integrated passenger rod tray.

Estimated total value of Grand Prize: $20,000 (Prize value may vary depending upon the cost of the airfare)

Fifty (50) First Prizes:
The prize package consists of a CMT T-shirt and the Vince Gill compact disc, "The Key." Estimated value of each First Prize: $30.00. Estimated total value of all First Prizes: $1,500.00

ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $21,500 (Prize value may vary depending upon the cost of the airfare)

All winners will be selected on or about June 18, 1999 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. All expenses incurred by the Grand Prize winner and guest not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, including, but not limited to, meals, tips and expenses related to emission requirements, safety standards and financial responsibility laws (i.e., insurance) in the state in which the Grand Prize will be titled or registered. The Grand Prize winner will receive the boat from the authorized dealer of ProCraft boats that is closest in proximity to the residence of the Grand Prize winner. A trailer for the boat is not included with the Grand Prize. Trip must be taken July 1, 1999 through July 5, 1999. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or any part thereof for a prize of equal or greater value. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. Only one winner per household, family or address. A valid driver's license is required and other restrictions may apply with respect to the rental car.

The Grand Prize winner and guest will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity release pertaining to use of the Grand Prize, within three days of attempted notification and prior to award of the Grand Prize. Non-compliance within this time period and return of any prize notice as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and selection of another winner. If a guest is a minor, the parent or legal guardian of the minor guest must sign a consent form and be present during the Grand Prize trip. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' and guest's names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is subject to and winners are bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor's decision in all matters relating to this sweepstakes is final.

Sponsor, including CBS Corporation, its respective corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, and agents, and the directors, officers, and employees of each of the foregoing, assume no liability or responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from, or arising out of, acceptance or use of any prize, nor are any of the foregoing responsible for printing or typographical errors. All taxes, assessments, fees and costs arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

This sweepstakes is open to residents of the continental U.S. and is void in Indiana, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada and where prohibited or restricted by Federal, state or local law. Directors, officers and employees of sponsor including CBS Corporation, its respective advertising and promotional agencies, corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and the family members of all of the foregoing, are not eligible to win. Directors, officers and employees of Caesars Tahoe and Caesars World Entertainment, Inc. are not eligible to win.
